Mental health is so important and can be difficult to manage when you are away from home. Please be sure to reach out to someone if you feel you need some support. Ships can bring us incredible friendships, and yet there are also so many double standards and it can be hard to put up with the hypocrisy and violations. Don't let it get to you though, help is out there.
