Princess Cruises Retail Staff from 2019 to 2022

Since 2020, Princess Cruises's retail department has become a separate company.
Basic salary per month : $900 for new hire.
It depends how long you have been working at a company.
Commissions: The amount is only the amount that exceeds the sales target for that week, so it depends on the cruise ship.
Even on Asian cruises, there is almost no commission on routes to Japan, but you can earn a fair amount on routes to China.
Crew Life in Princess depends which department you will join.
As a retail staff, you work from 5pm to 11pm for port day. However, you work from 9am to 11pm for sea day. On sea days, you work 12 hours a day.
Now, I received an offer letter from Celebrity Cruises Show Excursions last August, but I have not yet received the LOE and am waiting for approval.
