Men are being discriminated against many times and this should be addressed.
Investigations a most of the times, conducted when women accused fellow male crew members of harassment but such is not the case when men reports the same violation of company's policy.
After several years in the company, I truly enjoyed working for, I was dismissed based on lies and retaliation after first reporting harassment behaviors by a female towards me, to a security officer. I was told I should not go further in making the report and I should give the young lady a chance, because at the time, she was drunk. I listened to the officer and went my separate way. Two weeks after, same young woman I reported to the security about filed a complaint against me for harassment. I was investigated and dismissed two days after without any chance to gather facts in my case.
A reasonable time was not granted as stated in the company's own policy and such dismissal procedure was seen a fair. I'm in possession of voice recording and messages to prove my innocence but the company refused to look into it.
What's my next step?
